Pork is very popular and versatile meat. Due to its size, it can be merchandised and delivered as a whole, split into 2 sides, or broken down into primal cuts. The pork sides we supply on average are around 35kg and about six months old at the age of slaughter. Our pork sides are:

- Clean, free from any visible foreign matter, dirt or blood clots
- Free of offensive odors
- Free of visible bloodstains except those which are small and unobtrusive
